 Reiki/Seichem
Reiki (pronounced as
Ray-Key), is defined as “Universal Life Force Energy” and is commonly
associated with a system of healing called the Usui System of Natural Healing.
It is based on the knowledge that unseen energy flows through all living
things.
It is a technique used
to focus, draw upon and enhance an individual's ‘life force energy’ and improve the functioning of the immune system and healing process. It is also
used for relaxation and stress reduction.
Reiki is a safe and
gentle method of healing, yet its results are powerful. It compliments all
traditional forms of medicine, helping to speed up recovery time. It treats the
whole person on all levels - body, mind, and spirit.
A Reiki treatment is non-intrusive. Clients do not remove clothing and no private parts of the body are touched.
Seichim (Sekhem) is a
form of healing that dates back to ancient
Egypt. It is powerful, gentle,
feminine and all-encompassing.

Distant/Absent Healing
Distant
or Absent healing is used to send healing energies to a patient. The
distance is unimportant - a healer on one side of the world, could send healing
to a person on the other side of the world.
Most
churches, healers and psychic development groups have an absent healing list.
This is a list where healing thoughts and prayers are sent out to those
who need it. The thoughts are directed to those in spirit. The spirit
doctors and healers can then act on these thoughts and begin to effect cures.
If you
are in need of healing and are unable to make it to a healer because of
distance, the inability to travel, or lack of time, this form of healing can be
very beneficial. You can also use this service for family members, friends and
others you know of in need of healing. This form of healing is also wonderful
for pets and other animals.
