Spiritualism

"As the sunflower turns its face toward the light of the sun, so Spiritualism turns the face of humanity toward the light of truth."

Spiritualism is a science, philosophy and a religion:

  • A Science because it investigates, analyses and classifies facts and manifestations of Spirit.

  • A Philosophy because it studies the Laws of Nature both on the seen and unseen side of life. It bases its conclusions upon present observed facts.

  • A Religion because it strives to understand and comply with the Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Laws of Nature, which are the Laws of God.

Spiritualism teaches:
 
- Spiritualism has no Dogma or Creed. Every being is seen as an individual looking to expand their own awareness and  understanding surrounding their role in life.

- Life is seen as eternal, that we are a Spirit, co-existing in a Physical Body. 

- That as a flower gradually unfolds in beauty, so the spirit of man unfolds and develops in the spirit spheres.

- Our basic belief is in the continuation of Life and that Death is just a transition to another level of consciousness.

- After death or the releasing of the physical, our Spirit and Personality in the form of our thoughts and emotions
 continues to live in the spiritual form on a different plane of existence.
 
 
 
 
Spiritual Meetings
 
The meetings are held on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 1.30pm. During this time a talk is given on a spiritual topic by either a member or guest speaker. There is also a demonstration of clairvoyance by a medium.
 
Healing is available throughout. After the meeting tea and coffee is provided and everyone is invited to stay and chat and ask questions.
 
Come and visit us - you have nothing to lose, yet everything to discover. You may come as a stranger, but you will certainly leave as a friend!
